Your Flower Stories is a premium floral gifting and delivery service operating in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Your Flower Stories offers fresh flowers, bouquets, gift combos, plants, and related gifting services with delivery across Hyderabad and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Online ordering and same-day / next-day delivery of floral arrangements
• Custom bouquet and arrangement consultations
• Event decoration and floral design services
• Car decoration packages
• Corporate gifting arrangements

Product images on the website are representative. Actual products may vary slightly in size, colour, or arrangement depending on seasonal availability, but we always maintain equivalent quality and value.

You may browse our website and place orders as a guest, or create a registered account for a faster checkout experience and access to order history.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@yourflowerstories.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• An order confirmation email and SMS constitute acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and may vary.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
• For custom or event orders, a separate quotation will be provided and must be accepted before work begins.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net banking
• Digital wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for select delivery areas

All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount.

For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. We accept cash and UPI for COD.

We deliver across Hyderabad and selected surrounding areas. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout by pincode.

• Delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday delivery is available on request with an additional charge.
• Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM on delivery days.
• We will make one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery personnel will contact the phone number provided. If unreachable, the order may be left at the premises at the customer's risk.
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses, unreachable recipients, or circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, natural events).
• Delivery time slots are estimates, not guarantees, due to the perishable nature of our products and operational variables.

You may cancel an order subject to the following conditions:

• More than 4 hours before scheduled delivery: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
• Less than 4 hours before scheduled delivery: 50% cancellation fee applies, as the arrangement may already have been prepared.
• After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our quality 100%. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will offer a full refund or free replacement in the following circumstances:

• Products received damaged or significantly wilted
• Wrong product delivered
• Product quality does not match what was described
• Items missing from the order

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Your Flower Stories and is protected by Indian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods
• Harass, abuse, or harm our staff, delivery personnel, or other customers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Scrape, copy, or republish our product data, pricing, or content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders from users who violate these prohibitions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Your Flower Stories shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Loss or damage resulting from delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Allergic reactions to flowers or plants — customers with known allergies should inform us before ordering
• Damage to products after successful delivery

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
